I am out-of-network. Please contact me for current rates.
Insurance
Insurance is not accepted as direct payment for treatment, however many patients do receive “out-of-network” benefits covering a portion of the cost of therapy. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, check or flexible spending accounts are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
I request 24 hours notice to either cancel or reschedule appointments. If you miss an appointment you have scheduled without such notice you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
